The Hamilton County Library seeks to serve the residents of Hamilton County by providing numerous services and opportunities.
The Syracuse Community Blood Drive is Monday, May 19, 12:30-5:30 pm at the Hamilton County Fair Building.
We still have a few spots left to fill. Visit redcrossblood.org to schedule your appointment. We always have spots that open up during the drive, please consider being a walk-in.

Summer time is almost here and we applaud the elementary classes who are getting all their books turned in.
Shout out to Ms Neubrandt’s 4th Grade Class who was the first to meet the challenge! All of the students returned their books on the final library day 👏👏👏
7 classes have earned a donut 🍩 party reward for being responsible library users! The remaining classses have until next Monday!

We are so excited for this year's Summer Theme: Color Our World! A few sprinkles didn’t scare away the fun last night. Library Leadership Group’s “End of School BBQ Bash” was a hit!
HUGE shoutout and thank you to Darrin and Jason with Atmos Energy for providing and grilling all the hamburgers and hot dogs. It was appreciated!!
Over 60 high school students played corn hole, horseshoes, spike ball, football, volleyball and other yard games throughout the night. One lucky winner walked away with a brand new corn hole set, provided by LLG.

It’s so fun to reward readers! Congrats to Monroe for receiving the prize during the 3rd 9-Weeks Librarian’s Luncheon. She is one of several 5th and 6th graders who consistently meets her 9 week reading goals.
